3. Flora: the canvas for people who work together

Flora runs over 60 models on a real-time collaborative canvas up to 8 seats, free for 3 projects without video, then $18 to $200 per seat per month.

Flora starts from the same visual idea as ComfyUI and takes it somewhere else: an infinite canvas where several people move nodes at the same time, like a Figma of AI generation. Over 60 models are wired in, including Veo, Kling and Seedance, with project versioning. The company raised $42 million from Redpoint Ventures in January 2026 and iterates fast.

4. Invoke: the other open road, framed for production

Invoke stays open source and centered on Stable Diffusion, with workflows exportable as JSON, a Form Builder and commercial ownership of outputs, but keeps a real learning curve.

If ComfyUI's open side is what keeps you and its chaos is what wears you out, Invoke is the closest alternative: open source, centered on Stable Diffusion and Flux models, with a more structured interface. Billing follows the infrastructure logic: every execution is paid at the called model's rate, with no classic creative subscription. On large automated volumes the bill can climb fast and deserves a calculation on your real cases first; the interface, built for developers, stays more austere than the canvases on this list.

The right profile: the technical team that wants to plug generation into its own product. The solo creative just looking to replace ComfyUI will lose in comfort what they gain in flexibility.

6. Comfy Cloud: keep ComfyUI, delegate the machine

Comfy Cloud offers 400 free credits a month with no card required then a $20 a month plan, and GPU renters run your workflows from $0.35 an hour: your graphs stay identical.
