Data controller

The data controller is BUSINESSDYNAMITE, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Metz Trade and Companies Register under number 840 854 129, headquartered at ZAC les Terrasses de la Sarre, Pépinière Synergie 4, 57400 Sarrebourg, France.

Data collected and purposes

Account: email address and identifier, to create and secure your account (performance of the contract).

Content: projects, prompts, imported or generated images and videos, to provide the service (performance of the contract).

Billing: payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details. Billing data is kept to meet our legal obligations.

Technical logs and errors: for security and troubleshooting (legitimate interest).

Audience measurement: Google Analytics, only after your consent through the dedicated banner. You may decline with no restriction on your use of the website.

Processors and transfers

We use the following services: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage), Stripe (payments), fal.ai (image and video generation: your prompts and reference media are sent to them to fulfil your requests), Vercel (hosting) and Google Analytics (audience, with consent).

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or adequacy mechanisms.

Retention

Account data and content are kept as long as the account is active, then deleted upon request. Billing data is kept for 10 years as required by law.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection over your data. To exercise them: imaginode.ai@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The website uses strictly necessary technical cookies (Firebase login session) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics audience cookies. Your choice is stored and can be changed at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
