The terms

  1. Commission: 13% of the amount excluding tax of every subscription payment, monthly or yearly, after discounts, for the 12 months following the customer's first payment.

  2. Attributed customer: someone who clicked your link within the previous 60 days and whose account has never paid for anything yet. The first affiliate on record keeps them, a later click on another link changes nothing.

  3. Credit top-ups, automatic top-ups and one-off purchases earn no commission.

  4. Every commission is held for 30 days after the payment. A payment refunded or disputed during that time cancels or reduces the commission; if that happens after the payout, the amount is deducted from the next payout.

  5. Payout on request from $50 of confirmed commissions in a single currency, euros or dollars, against an invoice, by bank transfer or PayPal. You need to be able to issue an invoice: sole trader, company or the equivalent status in your country.

  6. Not allowed: referring yourself or your own accounts, buying ads on the Imaginode name, sending unsolicited messages, posting fake reviews or presenting yourself as Imaginode.

  7. Present Imaginode as it is: no income promises, no made up features or prices.

  8. In case of fraud or breach of these rules, Imaginode may suspend the affiliate account and cancel commissions not yet paid out.

  9. These terms may change: any change is announced by email 30 days in advance and does not affect commissions already confirmed.

You are responsible for the tax and social security declarations related to the commissions you receive.
