How credits, subscriptions, top-ups and refunds work.
The principle
1 credit is worth about $0.012. Every generation costs a fixed number of credits, shown on the Generate button before you click: an image from 1 to 7 credits, a video from roughly 30 to 170 credits depending on model, duration, resolution and audio. One assistant message costs 1 credit.
Subscriptions and top-ups
Credits arrive every month with your subscription (Starter 900, Creator 3,100, Studio 10,500). Need more? One-off top-ups add 1,000 to 10,000 credits without changing your plan. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard.
Failures refunded
If a generation fails at the provider, your credits are automatically refunded, and you will see it in your balance within seconds. You only pay for what succeeds. Your full credit history is visible on your profile.
