How credits, subscriptions, top-ups and refunds work.
The principle
1 credit is worth about €0.01. Each generation costs a fixed number of credits, shown on the Generate button before you click: an image from 1 to 6 credits, a video from 38 to 168 credits depending on model and duration.
Subscriptions and top-ups
Credits arrive monthly with your subscription (Starter 900, Creator 3,100, Studio 10,500). Need more? One-time top-ups add 1,000 to 10,000 credits without changing your plan. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard.
Failures refunded
If a generation fails at the provider, your credits are refunded automatically, and you will see it in your balance within seconds. You only pay for what succeeds.
