Generate images with BiRefNet v2
BiRefNet v2 is the cutout of the Retouch node: give it an image and it returns the same file as a PNG with a transparent background, the subject alone, hair, fur and fine edges included. It is a reference bilateral segmentation model, not a generator: nothing is invented, nothing is retouched, the cut is its only job. It answers in a few seconds and costs two credits. The cut-out layer then sits on another background, takes a drop shadow, or goes as a clean reference to a video model. Since the Gateway has no background removal model, it is called at fal.
