Generate images with Topaz Bloom 2
Topaz Bloom 2 is the creative side of upscaling: rather than merely sharpening what exists, it reinvents detail the source never had, skin pores, blades of grass, the weave of a garment. The result can be spectacular on a soft or heavily compressed image, at the price of some liberty taken with the original. It is also much slower than Topaz Precision, expect two to three minutes. It is the tool for the beautiful final image, not for documentary enlargement.
